It sounds simple – and that’s because it is.

Over-complexity never got anybody anywhere. It takes huge amounts of time and money to administer the bureaucracy that accompanies complex internal organisational processes and systems. The simplest, most effective strategy we’ll ever create is one that humanises our working environments, where we place people intentionally and passionately first in all that we do.
