Having worked in Recruitment, Rhys has discovered that he wants to work with people. He wanted to take this to the next level and is now looking to build a successful career in HR.
Rhys is excited to begin studying for his CIPD qualification. He is always keen to learn new things and to challenge himself. Rhys started his career in recruitment, and loved building relationships with everyone he spoke to. However, he began to become frustrated by hearing about some of the workplaces that do exist out there and how they treat their workers. Outside of work Rhys enjoys football, and is a big Plymouth Argyle fan. When he’s not watching Argyle, he is helping his little brother with his football! Outside of sport, Rhys enjoys quality time with his partner, walking the dogs, going to the cinema or trying new restaurants.
