What a People Centered Business looks like!
In partnership with our sister company RSD recruitment, we held a successful charity launch party last week. The purpose was to showcase the newly refurbished office and invite local employers and associates to see what a people centered business and working environment looks like. The workplace has been designed to create a happy, fun place to work and to offer motivating downtime when needed through out the working day. Apex HR are proud to work alongside our friends at RSD in an amazing office. The working atmosphere is a thriving one. This is a good example of how more businesses could work, the productivity and motivation is amazing, part of a culture that helps everyone deliver their best performance. When people visit the office, they share the ‘wow’ factor and are amazed to see a pool table and a basket ball net in the staff area, needless to say they are also wanting one in their own workplace when they leave! High performance and fun at work can go hand in hand. Most importantly, thanks to so many people’s generosity we raised a lot of money for our good friends at Clic Sargent to support the brilliant work they do.
