As a CIPD Level 5 practitioner with an MSc in Human Resource Management from a CIPD accredited programme, she brings 14 years of practical learning and development experience and a deep understanding of how people grow. Now combining her L&D expertise with a wider HR generalist role, she supports day to day HR needs while strengthening engagement, culture and long term people development.
