Who does HR for HR?
Working in any HR role is incredibly rewarding, but also very challenging.
One thing that many organisations overlook is HR for HR. Demonstrating care and value for HR individuals will support HR to be at its most effective. HR can be the driving force, bringing energy and passion to humanise our workplaces, and develop the kind of cultures where everyone [and yes that includes HR!] loves their work, feels cared for, safe and fulfilled within their organisations.
HR are expected to have all the answers, with increasing expectations to make an impact in so many areas. We need to remember that HR are people too, so factoring in support needs for HR is more likely to bring about success.
